1st On-Site Visit / Staging Plan

Service Description

After we have conducted our first complimentary consultation call, book this service to schedule our first on-site meeting at the property. A thorough walk through of the property will be conducted where we take notes and capture before images of the property to identify staging opportunities. We will further discuss your property's staging needs to ensure you achieve top dollar returns for the sale, rent, or lease of your property. The goal of this on-site visit is to obtain all the detailed information need to take back to our office to provide you with a customized staging plan and proposal/quote for our services that will be provided via email. Please be advised that the turnaround time to produce the customized staging plan depends on the size of the property and scope of the staging and design plan. The fee for this on-site visit is $275 - which we will happily credit back towards your staging and design project and deducted from your subtotal for any signed and paid agreement. We take our role and expertise seriously, so we do charge for our time for this initial on-site visit. Don’t worry, we won’t leave you empty handed! Even if you don’t choose to move forward with our services, as part of this service we provide you with a complete staging and design plan and staging checklist to make things super affordable and flexible to meet your needs, which is our top priority!
