WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN DECORATING AND STAGING?

Decorating is about your personal style as the property owner

Staging is not about your personal style as the property owner, but rather that of the potential buyer (renter or leasee) to appeal to the masses

WHY SHOULD I CONSIDER PROFESSIONAL STAGING AND DESIGN SERVICES FOR MY PROPERTY?

The primary objective of staging a property is not simply to decorate (as many may think) - rather it is to bring the property up to a level and provide a memorable visual and experience that will appeal to the largest number of potential buyers (renters or leasees) that will pay the highest price possible. By leveraging the knowledge of design trends, real estate ethics, and property renovation solutoins to help the propery owner achieve their goal(s).

Staging a property in advance of going to market benefits all parties involved with the sale (rental or lease) of the property. We recommend repairs and upgrades that are needed to get the property in market ready condition for top dollar returns on your investment(s).

WHO DO YOU WORK WITH?

We work with real estate professionals, investors and both residential and commerical property owners with properties for sale, rent or lease.

WHAT AREA(S) DO YOU SERVE?

We currently serve the greater Atlanta, GA area. As we continue to expand our team we will add additional areas that we are able to serve. However, if you do fall outside of our service area please contact us to further discuss your needs to see what we can work out - we are flexible.

DO YOU OWN YOUR STAGING INVENTORY OR RENT FROM A 3RD PARTY VENDOR?

Yes, we do own and store all of our staging inventory to keep services flexible and to accomodate all budgets. We are a one-stop shop for our clients. We do not use any rented staging inventory from a 3rd party vendor.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A STAGING AND DESIGN PLAN?

A staging and design plan includes the following 5 components:

(1) Recommendations on repairs and upgrades that are needed to get the property in market ready condition (includes local vendor resource suggestions where applicable)

(2) Preliminary staging plan project scope and suggested timeline for preparing the home for market readiness

(3) Staging tips and suggestions (images of property included as a reference)

(4) A staging checklist (by room)

(5) A customized proposal/quote for our staging and design services

DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE COVERAGE?

Yes - we are fully insured and can provide a Certificate of Coverage upon request to clients
